COVID-19 MEASURES

SAFE FACILITIES

We have adjusted the layout of our training facilities to introduce a one-way system that encourages social distancing and allows delegates to move around more safely.

Increased emphasis is placed on hand washing and hygiene, and additional measures have been taken to ensure that delegates and staff disinfect their hands regularly, as well as regular cleaning of surfaces in all facilities.

We will give each student their own notebooks and brochures so that contact is minimal.

The classrooms have also been reorganized to allow for maximum social distancing between students.

AT THE ARRIVED

Upon arrival, delegates will be asked to sign a self-declaration stating that they are not a known risk of transmission.

Delegates who show symptoms of the virus will not be able to attend.

USE OF MOUTH COVERS

Although we will do our best to maintain a social distance of at least 2m between delegates, there are practical work items that may require shorter distances, just like on a real site.

The training rooms are very well ventilated and hand washing will have the highest priority while working. For this reason, and due to the permanent need to communicate clearly, we have decided to request the use of masks in the training rooms.

The requirement to wear a mask outside the training rooms is also mandatory

FOOD AND DRINKS

We request that no food or drink be shared among delegates.

Tea and coffee making facilities will be provided, but be sure not to make a drink for anyone other than yourself to avoid transmission.
